Our Exchange/Return Policy can be found HERE.
1.4 Do you ship anywhere in Canada? Outside of Canada?
We currently only ship within Canada via Canada Post.

1.5 How do I purchase a gift card online?
To purchase a gift card, navigate to our Gift Cards section under the 'Gift Cards' tab. Select either the in-store (Gift Card - In-Store Use) or online (e-Gift Card - Online Use) gift card. Then select the value under you would like to purchase in the drop-down menu and add it to your cart.
To send directly to the recipient, either:
- e-Gift Cards - Enter their name and number/email in the "Comments" section at checkout.
- Gift Cards (In-store use) - Enter their shipping information in the shipping address at checkout.
1.6 I don't see the Gift Card value I would like to purchase in the drop-down menu. Can I purchase a card value not shown?
