Shipping
We ship anywhere in Canada via Canada Post (Expedited Parcel™); no international orders. If you are ordering from a location close to our store in Weyburn, you can skip shipping and choose our free in-store pickup method. In-town orders can take advantage of our free delivery in-town method at checkout.
In-town Deliveries:
Deliveries will be made within 1-2 days of placing your order. We will contact you during the day of delivery to notify you and will let you know once the order has been delivered.
In-store Pickup:
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Typically your order will be ready to be picked up the same day, if not, then the following day. If you'd prefer contactless pickup, send us a message and we can arrange it.

Shipping is available Canada-wide. Free Shipping on orders over $200.

In-Store Exchange/Return Policy
For purchases made in-store, you can return or exchange your purchases in-store only.
Regular Priced Merchandise:
- Within 14 days of purchase, you can exchange or return your item and receive an Evelyn Lane store credit on your account; we do not offer refunds in the form of your original payment.
- Select items will not be accepted for return; see list of items below.
Sale Merchandise:
- Within 14 days of purchase, you can exchange or return your item and receive an Evelyn Lane store credit on your account; we do not offer refunds in the form of your original payment.
- Including but not limited to:
- Items purchased on sale during a non-clearance event (ie. Anniversary Sales, Flash Sales, Sidewalk Sales, etc.; unless specified otherwise).
- Select items will not be accepted for return; see list of items below.
Clearance Merchandise:
- Clearance items are FINAL SALE! This includes:
- Items under 'MARKDOWNS' on our website.
- Any items purchased during a clearance sale including (but not limited to) items discounted 50% or more.
After 14 days, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.

Online Exchange/Return Policy
For purchases made online, you can return or exchange your purchases online or in-store.

- Within 30 days of purchase, you can exchange or return the item in-store or via mail (items returned through the mail must be received in store before the 30th day).
- We do not cover return shipping charges; however, if requesting an exchange we will waive the shipping charge on the new item.

(We will supply a tracking number for exchanged items once the item is shipped for your reference.)

Holiday Exchange/Return Policy
Returns and exchanges for gifts purchased from November 1st to December 25th have an extended deadline of January 14th. This applies to both in-store and online purchases. For in-store purchases, a Gift Receipt must be presented at the time of return. For online purchases, a note of return eligibility will be added to the order in our system. (Be sure to leave a note a checkout that the purchase is a gift, or contact us.)

Return and Exchange Details
For all returns or exchanges:
- Items must not be washed, worn or damaged.
- All original tags must be attached.
- You must present a valid receipt at the time of return/exchange.
The following items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Select intimates; including underwear
- Jewelry
- Hair accessories
- Clearance items (See the "In-Store Exchange/Return Policy" for more information)
- Gift Cards
Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law. All returned items purchased using a gift card will be refunded as merchandise credit back onto a gift card or as Evelyn Lane Clothing Co. store credit.

How to Mail Back an Online Return
Follow the steps below to complete online returns for online purchases. NOTE: We do not cover return postage fees.
- Ensure your items fulfill the required return criteria above.
- Contact us though email, Instagram or Facebook so we are aware of the return.
- Repackage your items you would like to return, along with the original invoice, and ship to:

Be sure to have your package arrive in our store within 30 days of your Shipping Confirmation & E-Receipt email. Once we receive your package, we’ll process your return within 1 to 2 business days. As soon as your return is complete, we'll e-mail you and let you know.
