Owner, Manager, Buyer & Sales Associate

Pam has been our leading lady since opening in 2007. She is a familiar face to many as she clocks the most hours at the shop, helping you have the best possible experience in any way she can. She also makes appearances on our social media feeds when we can pull her away from all her boss lady responsibilities. Based on her photos, it’s not hard to believe that Pam (like her mother, Evelyn Lane) modelled in her 20’s! Her loves, aside from the boutique, are her 3 daughters & tackling new projects. Right now, her projects include home renovations and creating jewelry for our in-house label, ‘evelyn lane jewelry’.

Although Pam is the sole owner of this small business, she doesn’t go at it alone! Check out the rest of our Evelyn Lane family below.

LISA CUGNET

Buyer & Sales Associate

Lisa has been with us since 2011 and a family friend long before that. If you have ever stopped in the shop on a Monday, you have likely been helped by Lisa! She loves interacting with customers and building relationships through the shop. Seeing people leave happy brings a smile to her face. As a buyer, Lisa attends buying shows with Pam, helping to pick your next season's styles. In addition to her work at Evelyn Lane, Lisa carries out administrative duties for her husband’s consulting company & the family’s farming operations. All of her family resides in/near Weyburn, including her 3 adorable grandchildren, who she loves to spend time with. A fun fact about Lisa is that for many years, she has worked at Evelyn Lane alongside her daughter Calli, who is now off continuing her marketing career here in Weyburn.

TAYLOR MOLDE

Social Media Coordinator & E-commerce Manager

Taylor is the voice—and occasional face—behind the posts you see on social media. She began as our Social Media & Marketing Coordinator in the Fall of 2019 following the completion of her studies in engineering. Currently living in Saskatoon, she works closely with our social media content creators to keep you up to date on all the latest at the shop. Taylor is the 2nd of Pam’s 3 daughters, all of whom have played a role at the shop at one point in time. Taylor’s role in modelling for Evelyn Lane (along with her sister, Rylee) makes her the 3rd generation in her family to partake in modelling in her 20’s.

RYLEE MOLDE

Buyer

As Pam's youngest daughter, Rylee has worked at Evelyn Lane since graduating high school in 2015. Continuing to pursue her love of fashion, Rylee attended the John Casablancas Institute studying Fashion Business and currently lives in Vancouver, working in the fashion wholesale industry. Her current role at Evelyn Lane is largely in buying. When she isn’t working in fashion, she is keeping up with her favourite content creators. One of her favourites is @sivanayla —“she is real and authentic about every aspect of her life. Oh, and her style is amazing!”

CARLEE WARD

Sales Associate & Social Media Content Creator

Carlee is the newest addition to our crew, joining us in September 2023! 

Currently a senior at Weyburn Comprehensive School, Carlee has gained work experience at Studio 7 and aspires to become an Esthetician or Hairstylist after graduation. Outside of her studies, Carlee is a basketball player and enjoys performing in WCS musicals. She's excited to help customers find stylish, confidence-boosting outfits and expand her own style by modelling unique pieces.

TOMMY WAGNER

Seasonal Sales Associate

Tommy is a recent graduate of WCS, currently pursuing further education at UBC in Vancouver. While in high school, Tommy worked with us at Evelyn Lane Clothing Co as a Sales Associate & Social Media Assistant. He has since transitioned into a Season Sales Associate and continues his creativity with social media in his personal life.

Outside of school and work, he enjoys playing sports and doing some modelling on the side! —"I had the honour of shooting with Phantasma Photography and was selected as one of the models acknowledged in a magazine! Fashion is and will always be one of my passions..." 

JILL ZACKRISSON

Seasonal Sales Associate

Jill joined us in the summer of 2020, after years of bringing her young and bright energy to our social media. She modelled for years along with her big sister Emma, before moving into her sales associate role at EL. Now away at USask studying education, you can now spot her behind the EL front desk during the summers and holidays.
